The location of this place is great, it's close to where my cousins live and it has a modern, tidy design with nice views of the surrounding greenery.

I was given standard room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The food was outstanding - variety of options. Thanks to the extremely helpful staff everything was very good.

Holiday Inn Warwick Farm totally nails it with comfy beds and killer room sizes—plus, you can pop into some local gems like Iron Chef for a stellar feed! the free parking is a sweet bonus for those cruising around.

Just a heads-up, the party vibes can get a bit rowdy late at night—think late-night door banging and party shenanigans, which might not vibe well with young kiddos. A little more staff presence would’ve been ace!

The hotel was conveniently located near Cabramatta shopping area and the event we were attending. the fountain nearby made a constant noise like a washing machine. the bar staff in the bistro were friendly. the buffet breakfast had a good variety.

The room was quite outdated and lacked essential amenities such as a fridge and sink.
